To complete construction of six additional underground operating suites (to ensure capacity for unprecedented mass-casualty events).
To open the remaining floors of the Gandel Rehabilitation Center (to treat civilians and soldiers wounded in Iranian attacks).
To immediately expand all mental-health services. (This war with Iran is triggering a surge in mental trauma among civilians)
