OPINION: We all must choose…but is that enough?
Whilst we may choose the side of justice and compassion, and feel vindicated at knowing we have chosen that which is dictated by our conscience, is that enough?
Whilst we may weep for the victims of ‘Black Saturday’, the October 7 massacre, is that enough?
For 420 days101 innocent people; including children as young as 19 months and 5 years old; youth, elderly and disabled have suffered the unimaginable horror of being enslaved in Gaza’s underground terror tunnels.
Those innocents suffer daily at the hands of the radical Islamic butchers of the October 7 massacre.
Whether we are Jews, Christians, atheists, agnostics, religious or secular, we have a responsibility that goes beyond just our choices. That responsibility demands of us the courage to act; to make a public declaration of that which we believe – with the fierce determination to neither hesitate nor capitulate in the face of adversity or evil.
Will you be a voice for the 101 precious souls in captivity?
Will you stand up and speak out for them?
Whilst the world turns away from the truth of radical Islamic barbarism, will you take a stand and demand freedom and justice for their victims?
Will you stand in solidarity with the families of the victims of October 7; the hostages and their families; the heroic IDF soldiers and their families, and all the people of the SovereignDemocratic and Eternal Nation of Israel?
THERE IS NO MORAL REASONING THAT WOULD ALLOW US TO DO OTHERWISE!
It is written:
‘Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from your heart.’
(Proverbs 4:23).
