Jewish populations in the United States and around the world are now turning to New Zealand produced kosher cheese to fulfill their religious dietary requirements.

First Up producer Jeremy Parkinson, and visual journalist Patrice Allen went to Hautapu in the Waikato to find how kosher cheese is made….
