Israel came to a virtual standstill as the funeral of the murdered Bibas children and their mother took place.

Thousands of silent citizens holding flags and orange balloons lined the route of the funeral cortege as the coffin containing the three bodies of the Bibas family was transported to its final resting place. There was not a dry eye as the mourners paid moving tributes.

The contrast between a grieving populace who venerate life and an evil hate filled ideology which celebrates death could not be starker.

On the one hand are the few nations standing in solidarity with Israel against this barbarity and on the other hand are the morally deficient majority who are either silent or side openly with the perpetrators.

YELENA’S JOURNEY

Watch this inspirational video of how Yelena made aliyah from Russia and experienced the trauma of 7 October 2023.

Her new found faith enabled her to survive being kidnapped by Hamas and was recorded before her son, Sasha, was returned.

The second short video shows her kidnapped son having just been released putting on tefillin for the first time in his life with the assistance of the Chief Rabbi of Russia who was visiting Israel at the time.
