The IDF carried out a precise strike today against senior Hamas leaders responsible for numerous murderous attacks against Israeli civilians, including Monday’s deadly attack in Jerusalem that killed six people and injured 28 – among them an eight-month pregnant woman.
The leaders targeted were also directly responsible for the October 7th massacre, for blocking a ceasefire by refusing to release the 48 Israeli hostages held in captivity for 705 days, and for the suffering of Gazans by using civilians as human shields.
The strike was carefully targeted, with strict measures taken to avoid civilian harm through precision munitions and intelligence checks.
Israel will continue to defend its citizens against anyone seeking to harm them, while working to achieve the war’s objectives: the release of all hostages, the dismantling of Hamas’s military and governing capabilities, and the removal of the terror threat from Gaza.
