Israel Solidarity Rally and October 7 Memorial – Christchurch

We shall forever remember October 7, 2023, when peaceful Israeli communities were invaded by Islamic death squads, Hamas and brutal Gazan civilians.

We shall forever hear the agonised cries of the 1,300 babies, children, youth, elderly and disabled innocent people who were mutilated, mass raped, tortured, slaughtered and burned alive.

We can never know the anguish, hopelessness and terror of grandparents, parents, brothers and sisters who witnessed their families broken and destroyed, before succumbing to death or captivity themselves on October 7.

We shall forever remember their tears and bruised souls as they tried to reach out, not comprehending such evil.

We shall pray for the healing of the 3,000 people who were injured on ‘Black Saturday’.

We shall speak the names of the 254 babies, children, youth, elderly and disabled innocents that were taken hostage into the underground hell holes of Gaza 364 days ago!

It is now one year that innocent people have been held captive by Islamic extremists, Hamas and Gazan civilians.

Let us gather to stand up and speak out in support of the hostages and their families.

Let us remember all the victims of ‘Black Saturday’; the Israeli Defence Forces and all their families.

Let us stand in solidarity with the people of the Sovereign Nation of Israel.

The Memorial Rally will include a Roll Call of the Hostages and a candle-lighting

for those who were murdered.
