OPINION: Following last week’s ‘Israel Solidarity’ rally, I have been asked to forward my ‘introduction’ to many of you so, I have attached it here ‘in part’.
Today marks 623 days that 53 innocent people remain captive in Gaza’s dungeons. Their suffering is beyond our comprehension; they endure in silence, but we have a voice and must use this to bring awareness and remind people of their inhumane treatment and extremely dangerous situation.
Attached is the poster with details of this coming Sunday’s ‘Israel Solidarity’ rally together with a portion of last week’s ‘introduction’.
Despite the opposition we receive, we must continue to gather and speak out. I am sincerely grateful for the people who courageously gather each week and declare their solidarity with Israel.
