The “ceasefire” with Iran means a slow return to normal daily activities.

There are still many called up for reserve duty and it will take a much longer time for many businesses to resume and re-open.

It is a good time to reflect on the tumultuous days and weeks we have experienced as Israel in the words of the German Chancellor “carried out the dirty work” that the rest of the world’s democracies refused to tackle.

It is also an appropriate moment to be grateful for the prayers and messages of encouragement received from many acquaintances and friends overseas.

THANKS

A heartfelt expression of thanks is due to all those who assisted, volunteered, saved lives and above all thwarted the Iranian campaign to destroy Israel.

A SPELL BINDING STORY

Watch this fascinating video about the life story of an Iranian Jewish woman as she grows up in Iran, escapes to the USA and then finally arrives in Israel.

It is a riveting true saga of resilience, bravery and determination.

NOTHING STOPS THEM

Who ever heard of immigrants arriving to a country in the midst of war?

Only in Israel it seems.

Watch as a planeload of Olim from France and the UK arrive just as a ceasefire takes hold.

This summer there are more on the way returning home.

FRESH FISH TO YOUR TABLE

There is nothing “fishy” about this new Israeli innovative scheme to cultivate fresh fish and at the same time save the world’s oceans.
